Refund policy

Ready Brand – Return & Refund Policy

At Ready Brand, we create and deliver exclusive, customisable brand identity packs. Each brand pack is sold once only and adapted to your business within 24 hours. Because of the digital and customised nature of our products, we have a strict return and refund policy:

1. Digital Products

  • All brand identity packs (logos, colour palettes, brandbooks, templates, etc.) are delivered as digital files.

  • Once the files are sent to you, the product is considered delivered and completed.

  • Digital products are non-refundable.

2. Revisions

  • Each brand identity pack includes up to 3 revisions (e.g., changing the business name, slogan, colours, or font).

  • Revisions must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

  • After 3 revisions or 7 days, additional changes may incur an extra fee.

3. Subscriptions (Marketing Content Plans)

  • Subscription services (e.g., 25 monthly social posts) are billed monthly in advance.

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time, but payments already made are non-refundable.

  • If you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may only be granted if:

  • You purchased the same brand pack twice by mistake.

  • You did not receive the files within the promised delivery time (24 hours after completing the order and brief).
