Welcome to Ready Brand. By using our website (https://readybrand.store) and purchasing our products or services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. General

  • Ready Brand provides exclusive brand identity packs (logos, brandbooks, templates, etc.) and subscription-based content services.

  • By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service, modify products, or update these Terms at any time.

2. Products & Delivery

  • Each brand identity pack is sold once only and customised for your business within 24 hours after we receive your completed brief.

  • All products are delivered digitally via email or client dashboard. No physical items are shipped.

3. Revisions

  • Each brand identity pack includes up to 3 revisions (e.g., business name, slogan, colours, font).

  • Revisions must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

4. Subscriptions

  • Subscription services (such as monthly content plans) are billed monthly in advance.

  • You may cancel anytime, but payments already made are non-refundable.

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of your billing cycle.

5. Refund Policy

  • Due to the digital and customised nature of our products, purchases are generally non-refundable.

  • Refunds are only offered in exceptional cases, such as accidental duplicate purchases or failure to deliver files within the promised timeframe.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Once you purchase a brand identity pack, you receive full commercial rights to use and modify it for your business.

  • Ready Brand retains the right to showcase sold brands in our portfolio for marketing purposes, unless agreed otherwise.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Ready Brand is not liable for any business losses, indirect damages, or third-party issues arising from the use of our products.

  • We do not guarantee any specific business results (such as increased sales or SEO rankings).
